25% of whatever we save you in the first year. If we don't save you anything, you pay nothing. Most firms on Long Island charge 33 to 50 percent for the same thing. We charge 25. That's it.

Yes. New York State law lets licensed representatives file property tax grievances for homeowners. Every filing we submit is reviewed and signed by Vicky Brennan, a licensed New York attorney.
